Americans demand accountability reform new poll

Fully 72 percent of Americans want Congress to a bill passing through noneconomic damages in medical malpractice cases, limits, according to a new national survey by the Health Coalition on Liability and Access (HCLA) The AMA has published among its members. The results show an even greater majority of Americans (82 percent) believe that the medical liability crisis is bringing out the good doctors of medicine and jeopardizing the availability of quality medical care. The security of most Americans support specific reforms, payments for lost wages and medical expenses, but also to limit non-economic damages, insurance premiums and overall costs of health care through the roof sent .
